1/2 gallon milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, mix together 1/2 gallon milk, sugar and uncooked rice. Cook slowly on top of stove for about 1 hour until rice is soft. In small bowl, mix 1 cup milk, eggs, cornstarch and vanilla with an electric mixer. Add to cooked rice mixture and cook for 10 minutes longer. Pudding will begin to thicken. Pour into large baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Refrigerate.
