Ingredients:  
2-1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
2 tbsp cocoa
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp corn syrup
1/4 cup bourbon or rum
1 cup confectionery sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vanilla wafers, cocoa, walnuts and coconut. Mix well. Add syrup and rum/bourbon. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in confectionery sugar. Chill for 3 hours. DO NOT BAKE.
