12 skinless chicken legs
12 skinless chicken thighs
4 tbsp olive oil
2 green peppers, sliced
2 red peppers, sliced
2 large onions, diced
52 oz tomato basil pasta sauce
2 - (14-1/2 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In large skillet, saute peppers, onion in the olive oil until tender. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken and add to frying pan. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken, peppers and onion to a large casserole dish. Pour spagetti sauce and canned tomatoes over chicken. Bake 1 hour or until chicken is completely cooked through.
