3 c flour
1 1/2 c yellow cornmeal
3/4 c sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
5 eggs
3/4 c whole milk
1 stick melted butter
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin tins with liners; spray inside of each with Pam.

In a mixing bowl, add flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, milk, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until just combined. Scoop into muffin tins, filling 3/4 full. Bake 15-20 minutes, or till firm to the touch and pick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; serve.
