2 c milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 c flour, unbleached all purpose
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter

2 cups of rinsed, drained blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and lemon juice - set aside;

In a large mixing bowl, combine flower, powder, soda, salt and sugar; In another bowl, combine egg, butter and milk;

Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Cook on a heated griddle - when bubbles appear, add blueberries to top of pancakes, then turn over.
