3-1/2 cups chopped chocolate (Giradelli blocks)
1 stick butter
5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Blend eggs with chocolate mixture. Put in buttered 9" spring form pan. Bake 425F for 15 minutes. Will be loose. Chill completely. Serve with fruit. (Trader Joe mixed berries frozen)
