1 box Rotini Pasta
8 chicken breasts, halved and cooked
2 tbsp oil
10-12 pieces of cooked bacon,crumbled
1 dozen cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 pound shredded swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Dressing: Mix together 3 cups mayonnaise, 1-1/2 tbsp dijon mustard, 2 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1/4 medium onion grated, 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Chill 1 hour.

Cook pasta as directed. Rinse and toss with 2 tbsp oil. Cook chicken and shred. Mix with pasta, salt, pepper and dressing. Just before serving, add tomatoes and cheese.
