1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 bunch green onions-chopped
4 tablespoon butter
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 ounce) jar Cheez Whiz
1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Saute green pepper, celery, onion in butter. Mix all ingredients except shredded cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish; sprinkle cheese on top; bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
