1-2 cloves minced garlic
3-4 boneless chicken breasts, diced
1 heaping tsp cornstarch
oil for wok
pepper to taste
soy sauce to taste
1 -2 red/green peppers cut into cubes
1 tbsp vinegar (for sauce)
1 tbsp soy sauce (for sauce)
water (for sauce)

Directions:

Coat chicken with cornstarch. Put oil in wok. Add garlic, chicken, and ground pepper. Cook until done. Add soy sauce and cook a little longer. Add diced peppers and stir. Remove from pan. Add 1 cup of water to pan and mix with pan drippings. Add 1 tbsp of vinegar and 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Add more vinegar if too sweet. Add water if too salty. Add sugar if too sour. Add cornstarch to thicken. Put chicken and peppers back into pan with sauce. Stir and serve.
