1 small diced onion oil for wok 1-2 cloves garlic minced 1 pound ground turkey pepper to taste soy sauce to taste 1 tsp black bean soaked in water 1 large tomato diced
Dice onion. Heat oil in wok. Cook onions. Soak black beans in water. Add garlic, turkey soy sauce and black beans with water. Boil and then thicken with cornstarch. Add diced tomatoes and oyster sauce. Serve.
