1 pound ground pork
6 water chestnuts chopped (optional)
3-4 scallions (save some for soup)
soy sauce to coat meat
1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
1 large dollop of oyster sauce
Wonton wrappers (get in refrigerated section)
1 egg beaten
2 cans Chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. It should feel a bit slippery/slimy. Wrap a small amount in a wrapper. Use egg to seal the wrapper closed. Fold into a triangle. Drop in boiling water. Cook a couple of minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add chicken broth to a pan and heat to boiling. Put wontons in bowl and add broth and some chopped scallions. Serve.
