4 large onions, sliced thin 2 tsp margarine 4 cup brown beef stock 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce toasted bread or croutons Slices of mozzarella and Swiss cheese
Cook onions in margarine until lightly browned. Add beef stock and Worcestershire. Cook for 20 minutes. Put in bowl. Add crouton or bread. Add sliced mozzarella and Swiss cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
