4 Chicken cutlets, slice thin
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
2 Egg
1 tsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 stick butter
lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken cutlets until thin. Dip in flour. Then dip in bread crumbs. Mix egg, parsley, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Dip chicken into egg mixture. Put oil in frying pan, enough to cover bottom. Fry chicken until brown. Remove from pan. Just before serving, add wine, butter and slices of lemon to pan. Place chicken back in pan to reheat. Serve with cooked spinach.
