1 large egg in shell
2 garlic cloves, mashed to a paste
10 anchovy fillets, chopped fine
3 tbsp lemon juice from a lemon
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup grated parmesan
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan of boiling water, simmer egg in shell for 1 minutes. In small bowl, whisk egg, garlic, anchovy, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss lettuce with oil. Add egg mix, parmesan and croutons.
