2 - 10oz package of frozen spinach
1 tbsp dried minced onion
2 cups herbed croutons
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach with dried onion and drain. Mix croutons and cheese with spinach. Stir in beaten eggs and margarine. roll into 1" shaped balls. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
