Artichokes (4-6)
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off top of leaves of artichoke. Cook artichokes in boiling water for about an hour or until soft. Mix all ingredients together. Cut artichokes in 4 pieces. Pour marinade over artichokes and refrigerate.
