4 cans ground kitchen ready tomatoes
Sausage links(hot) Can also add ribs
1 tsp salt per can
1 tsp parsley per can
dash pepper per can
couple of basil leaves per can
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced or chopped
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 can water per can

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt, parsley, pepper, basil to each can. Coat bottom of stock pot with olive oil. Add sausage links, onions and garlic cloves. Cook until meat is not red. Add wine, cans of tomatoes and water. Simmer 4-5 hours. Stir periodically to prevent sauce from burning.
