6 to 8 # boneless rib roast
1 tbsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. granulated garlic powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp ground white pepper
1/2 tbsp thyme
a few gloves of garlic
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500F. Multiple the weight of the roast by 5. This is the amount of time to cook the roast for medium to medium rare. Mix spices. Rub oil and spices on roast. Put roast in heated oven and set timer to the calculated time. When time goes off, turn off oven. Reset timer for 2 hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN.
