8 c. zucchini, seeded and sliced like apples
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon

Crust mixture
4 c. flour
3 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini in 3/4 c. lemon juice until tender. Add 1 c. sugar and cinnamon. Cover and cook a few minutes. Add 3/4 c. crust mixture and cool (mix often).

Combine crust mixture, cut with a knife to mix.
Pat 1/2 crust mixture in a lasagna pan. Bake at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes.

Add cooled zucchini mixture over crust and sprinkle the rest of the crust mixture on top like streusel.

Bake at 375 for 30 -40 minutes. Serve with cool whip.
