Ingredients:  
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c butter
3 T Flour
1 tsp dill seed
1-1/2 tsp dill weed
1-1/2 tsp dry oregano
4 c canned, crushed or diced tomatoes
1 can condensed tomato soup
4 c chicken stock
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
4 tsp honey
1-1/4 c heavy cream
2/3 c half and half

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, saute onions in butter along with dill seed, dill weed and oregano for five minutes until onions are translucent. Add flour and stir. Add tomatoes, tomato soup and chicken stock. Add salt and pepper and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly.

Reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes. Add chopped parsley, honey, heavy cream and half & half. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Heat to serving temperature, but do not boil. Enjoy!
