2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Crisco shortening
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and sugar with a fork. Cut in shortening. Add cheese and mix well. Stir in buttermilk. Drop by large spoonfuls or ice cream scoop on a greased sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
