1-3/4 c. old-fashioned oats
1-1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (6oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14oz.) bag vanilla caramels
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients; add butter and mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press onto bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool then top with nuts and chocolate chips. In a medium saucepan, melt caramels with water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and drizzle over chocolate chips and nuts to within 1/4-inch of pan's edge. Sprinkle with reserved oat mixture. Bake an additional 15 - 18 minutes or until golden brown.
