12 eggs
1 lb powdered sugar
2-4 cups of either spiced rum, brandy, rum
2 qts whipping cream
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1 lb powdered sugar into 12 egg yolks. Slowly add your alcohol. Let it stand for one hour. Then add, beating constantly, 2 qts whipping cream. Let's it stand in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. (I usually make mine the night before). Then beat your egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy!.
