4 chicken breasts
1 c. salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. water
2 c. white rice, uncooked
1 can black beans, drained
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken, salsa, taco seasoning & water to boil in a large covered skillet. Simmer 10 minutes. Then bring back to boil and stir in rice & beans. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes.

Serve and top with cheese.
