1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/3 c. maple syrup
1 Tblsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together in blender.

Serve on mixed greens with feta cheese, craisins and toasted pecans or walnuts.

Dressing will keep 1 week.
