3 whole chicken breasts with bone
2-10 ounce packages or brocolli spears
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup mayonaisse
1/3 cup of cream or evaporated milk or mix of water from chicken
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup longhorn or yellow sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp melted butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water for 40 minutes or until tender. Cook brocolli and drain (unless steamed). Combine soup, mayo, cream, lemon juice, curry powder and cheese in a sauce pan. Heat until blended. In a 13x9 pan, layer with brocolli. Then add chicken. Pour sauce over chicken. Mix melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
