3 lb chuck roast 3 c beef broth 3 pkg brown gravy mix 1 T worchestershire sauce
Place roast in crock pot. Pour broth over meat then sprinke gravy mix over the top and lightly stir in. Add worchestershire. Lightly salt & pepper. Cook on high for 2 hours then turn to low for 3 hours. Check for tenderness and then turn to warm until ready to serve.
