2 cans cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz each)
2 soup cans milk
1 1/2 cups uncooked regular rice
1 8oz can mushroom stems and pieces
1 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
4 chicken breasts, cut in 2inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Blend soup and milk, reserve 1 cup of the mixture; stir together remaining soup, rice, mushrooms with liquid, and half the onion soup mix. Pour into ungreased 9x13 Pyrex baking dish. Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice mixture. Pour reserved 1 cup soup mixture on top of chicken, then sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours (until liquid absorbed). Uncover and bake 15 minutes to brown. Enjoy!
