6 baking potatoes, large

1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c stick butter
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 # shredded cheddar
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub and poke potatoes. Bake 375 until done.

Slice in half, scoop out potato into a mixing bowl.
Set skins aside
Blend potatoes, sour cream, butter, salt and milk till it's a nice thick consistency. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese.

Can Be frozen at this point.

Bake 350 20-30 minutes or till hot and golden brown.
