1/4 c margarine or butter
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c milk
1c bananas, mashed(about 2 large)
1/2 c nuts, chopped
2 1/2 c bisquick
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Blend in milk, bananas, and vanilla. Add 2 1/2 cups of bisquick and beat for 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Pour into 9X5X3 inch pan or 4-5 small loaf pans.
Bake at 350* for 60-65 minutes, or until toothpick is barely moist. Small pans will take 35-40 minutes (approximately)

I alter this recipe by varying fruits and add-ins. For instance, use 1 cup of crushed pineapple instead of banana and add coconut, blueberries, dried cranberries, etc.
