1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper - combine

2 # round steak - tenderized and cut into pieces

8 oz can tomatoes
1/2 c chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Sprinkle meat with flour mixture.

Brown meat in oil in pan. Add onions and tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 1 hour or till tender
