2 Chicken Breasts or several chicken tenderloin strips
1 egg
8 oz fine pecans
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesean cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients and set aside. Split chicken breasts in half across the bias, then split again to form strips. Dip chicken in egg. Then dip chicken strips in dry ingredients. Place chicken strips on wire rack over cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 1/2 hour.
