Sift together dry ingredients. In sauce pan, combine & bring to a boil, butter, cocoa, water. Pour over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs & vanilla. Stir well & pour into a buttered 9x12 pan.
Bake at 400º for 25 to 30 minutes.
1 stick butter
3 T. cocoa
6 T. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 T. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Melt butter, cocoa, & milk in a sauce pan & bring to a boil. Add sugar, vanilla & pecans & beat well on stove. Remove from heat, beat a little more & spread on cake while still hot.
