2 pkg of yeast
1 cup water
1 cup scalded milk
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tap lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp nutmeg
7 or more cups flour

scald milk, add butter, cool, mix warm water, yeast and sugar, mix well, stir in beaten eggs, salt, flavoring and nutmeg, stir in as much flour as possible, knead in flour until dough isn't sticky, grease top, let double in size, roll out on floured board, cut into doughnuts, let rise and fry, or divide dough into 2 parts, roll out spread with melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, roll up and cut about 3/4 inch thick, turn in greased pan to grease top, let rise for 20 minutes, refrigerate over night, bake next morning @ 350 or let rise longer and bake same day, frost immediately with thin powdered sugar icing
can make doughnuts first day, refrigerate extra dough make out cinnamon rolls second day, let rise to about double, takes longer form refrigerate
