2 red apples
2 granny smith apples
2 bananas sliced
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
(a fresh orange can be used too)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Core, cut and dice apples & place in bowl (if your family will eat it, leave the skins on for color and vitamins). Add sliced bananas, oranges, and nuts. Makes an easy side salad or dessert.

Sometimes I mix fruit with 2 tsp. of whipped cream to entice my kids to eat the fruit.
