Ingredients:
4-5 large Granny Smith apples (peeled and sliced)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine and let sit while making the topping.

Topping:

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter (I use a whole stick because butter makes everything good!)

Mix flour & sugar, then cut butter into the mixture until coarse crumbs.

I use the Pillsbury pie crust that you roll out to your own pie pan. You'll find them in the refrigerator section where you find the already made cookie dough. Put your crust into the pie pan and use a fork to poke holes all over the unbaked crust.

Put half of your apples in the pie crust, then put some of the topping. Add the rest of your apples, and then cover with the rest of your topping.

Bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes.
