1/2 c dry breadcrumbs
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 1/2 # ground beef
1 large onion sliced thin
1 can mushrooms (or 1 box sliced fresh)

2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 c water
1 can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and egg. Mix in meat. Form into 7 oval patties

In skillet, brown onions, remove from pan. Add patties to pan and brown on both sides

Add remaining ingredients; simmer 30 minutes or till done.
Serve with Rice.
