2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 c extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon, zested

1 chicken

1 can beer

Directions:

Heat gas grill, or preheat oven to 375.

Combine dry rub ingredients and rub it all over the chicken, inside and out.

Open the beer can and pour out a few ounces,

Stand the beer can inside the chicken and bake, basting frequently.
