3/4 c cubed ham, or 1/3 c spring onions chopped

9" deep dish pastry crust, prebaked

6 oz grated Swiss cheese (or cheddar)

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
4 large eggs plus enough milk to total 15 oz liquid.

Directions:

Combine salt, mustard, pepper, eggs, milk and blend with the hand mixer. Set aside.

Pre-bake pie crust and cool 10 minutes.

Add Cheese, onions, ham, whatever, in layers

Bake 35-45 minutes or till puffed and golden brown.
