8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin

1 package of stuffing mix - make as directed, except add sautéed onion, carrot and celery

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
2 pkg herb ox seasoning
1 c white wine
1/3 c orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing and roll inside of chicken. Put in baking dish.

Combine butter and flour in pan to make a roux, add remaining ingredients and cook until thickened. Cover with foil, but remove last 15 minutes.

Bake 350º 45 minutes, or until chicken is done.
