2 c. of peeled, crushed peaches
2 c. of red raspberries, crushed
1/4 c. lemon juice
7 c. guar
2 pks. liquid fruit pectin
1/8 tsp. almond flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peaches, raspberries and lemon juice. Add sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil. Boil 1 minutes, remove from heat, and stir in pectin. Return to heat and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Skim off foam. Add almond flavoring. Cook until it coats your spoon and pour into sterilized jars and process for 15 minutes in hot water bath.
