4 c sliced Granny Smith apples
1/3 c orange juice
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c flour
1/2 c oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mound apples into a buttered pie pan, sprinkle with orange juice
combine remaining ingredients in bowl and sprinkle over apples.

Bake approximately 45 minutes or till golden brown and apples are tender.

**I generally put the apples into a store-bought deep dish pie shell, then mound the crumble mixture on top. It also makes a very nice pie!
