3/4 lb chocolate
1/2 lb pecans, toasted in oven approx. 5 minutes 350 degrees.
1/2 lb Mercken's caramel, melted in double boiler

Directions:
Directions:
Put chopped nuts in a pan lined with wax paper. Drop small teaspoonfuls of caramel onto the nuts. Cool. Remove turtles and continue doing this until nuts and caramel are used up.

Melt chocolate on top of double boiler. Spoon chocolate onto the top of turtles. Cool on waxed paper.
