2 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. raw peanuts (12oz.)
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until dissolved, cook at medium heat, cook till it reaches hard ball stage (265). Add 1 Tbsp. butter and 2 c. raw peanuts. Boil until golden - 290 to 300 (can smell peanuts when its done). Add 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla and 2 tsp. baking soda. Stir well. Pour on buttered surface (2 cookie sheets lined with aluminum foil and buttered).
