24 oz pkg frozen hasbrowns - pour in 9 x 13 pan
2 c sour cream
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c melted butter
1/3 c chopped onion
2 cans cr of mushroom soup
salt & pepper to taste
1 c crushed cornflakes
1/4 c butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Pour your hashbrowns in a 9 x 13 pan, mix the next 6 ingredients and then fold into hashbrowns in the pan. Mix cornflakes and 1/4 c melted butter and spread on top of potatoe mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 min.
