2 - 3 pound bone-in pot roast or chuck roast (you can remove the bone and trim the fat to save fat calories) 1 package Good Seasonings Zesty Italian Dressing 1 large Onion 1 cup Water 1 jar (16 ounces) Sliced Deli Peppercini
Combine all ingredients into a crock pot and cook until meat can be shredded. (about 6 hours)
Serve on a deli roll.
This is as close to Chicago Italian Beef as you can get without traveling to Chicago!
