3/4 c yellow self rising corn meal mix
1 c self rising flour
1/3 c sugar
1 c milk (add more if needed for consistency)
1 egg beaten
1/2 stick butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and put in an 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake in a 425 oven for 20 minutes. Baste top with additional melted butter during the last 5 minutes to aid in browing.
