Standing Rib Roast (Bone in or Bone out)
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rub Roast with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Bake at 500 6 minutes per pound for bone out or 8 minutes per pound for bone in. Turn off the oven and leave in the oven for 2 hours. Do not open the oven door at any time until cooking and sitting time is up. Remove roast from oven and tent with foil and allow it to rest 20 minutes before slicing.
