1/2 c. (1 cube) butter 3 squares unsweetened chocolate 3 cups sugar 1/2 t. salt 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
Melt butter and chocolate in top of double broiler. Use medium heat. Gradually stir in sugar (it gets thick and dry). Add salt. Slowly stir in milk a little at a time. Stir long enough till sugar is melted.
