2 tsp yeast
c milk, heated
c sugar
c melted butter, cooled
3/4 tsp salt
3 c flour
1 egg

Cooking oil, powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 c flour, yeast, salt, sugar in mixing bowl. Add milk, egg and butter. Beat on low speed till well combined. Add enough extra flour to make a soft dough.

Turn into oiled bowl, spray top with cooking spray; cover.

Let rise till doubled. Roll out, cover; let double again 10-15 minutes.

Cut into little squares and cook in oil heated to 350; turn when browned; drain on paper towels.

Shake powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar on top.

Serve warm - amazing!
